What Management Covers
A producer's career is a business with several moving parts, and most of them live in paperwork and relationships rather than in the studio. Our management covers all of it:
- Career strategy. Where your sound fits, which rooms you should be in, and what the next 24 months should look like.
- Placements. Getting records to the artists, A&Rs, and labels that cut them, and following up until they land.
- Deal oversight. Producer agreements, letters of direction, split sheets, and publishing conversations, coordinated with your attorney through our deal strategy practice.
- A&R direction. Which records to finish, which to hold, and how to shape them, drawing on our A&R consulting work.
- Release and rollout support. Session coordination, release planning, and sync pitching through creative operations.
Who It's For
We work with producers and songwriters at two stages: established creators with credits who need senior-level business infrastructure around their output, and emerging creators whose records are strong enough to compete but who do not yet have the relationships to place them. We are based in Atlanta and work with clients across the US.
